Shipping Policies

At this time, products are currently shipped in the U.S. using USPS unless otherwise noted. International shipping will depend on the recipient country and current pricing. All prices include shipping and I am not responsible for additional fees incurred through customs. All packages will be shipped with tracking and insurance.

If you live in the greater Indianapolis area or the metro Detroit area, it may be possible to arrange for a local pickup/dropoff of the product instead. This is highly dependent on the time of year, gas prices, and the artist’s schedule.

All products are packed with the utmost care and usually arrive safely. Due to the sturdy yet slightly flexible nature of the dried paint, it is possible that something might get slightly bent out of place. Usually, these leaves and flowers can be coaxed back into place gently. I will provide support if needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the small and highly detailed process of this art genre, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will work with you to correct any small issues that might have been incurred from shipping and I may be willing to make exceptions to this policy if the painting arrives severely damaged beyond repair. Otherwise, all purchases are final.
